How to  use Nail Adhesive Tabs Or Nail glue 
1. Wipe Nail  with alcohol wipe 
2.Gently Push back your cuticles with cuticles pusher 
3.Select the correct size nails tab 
4.Stick it onto your nails and peel the tabs off
5.Stick on the false nails and hold for 10 Seconds
6.Your press on nails are finished  
  
How to use Nail Glue 
1.Wipe Nail  with alcohol wipe 
2.Gently Push back your cuticles with cuticles pusher
3.Wipe Nail  with alcohol wipe 
4.Put medium amount of Nail  Glue on Natural Nail  
5.Stick it onto your nails and peel the tabs off
6.Stick on the false nails and hold for 10 Seconds
7.Your press on nails are finished  
 
REMOVAL: Apply polish remover around edges, wait1 minute and gently peel off nails from sides
